So yet again I let you delve into my life. Mum, my mum introduced me to his mum. His mum and my mum happened to be so much alike after I got to know her. Brown skin, strict disciplinarians, very beautiful hair, opinionated, spiritual etc We cultivated our friendship and became really good friends. Then one day she gave me his number. I was joining campus. The same campus he was in and what she told me was, there is his number, call him, talk to him am sure he will take good care of you. So I did! I called him, very scared of-course. In my mind I pictured he’d think-now who is this girl and why exactly would she want to be my  friend? She just finished her O levels so there is nothing in common between us…-first forward, we met. We…

Naturallynn is back :)

Its been 97 days and counting since I was last here, it might seem like an eternity to my loyal followers but for me it was a much-needed break. I apologize for just taking off with no notification whatsoever but I believe you’ll forgive me seeing that we’re all but human and we have to be selfish just for sanity’s sake sometimes.

Reggae in the Sun


A mass of reggae fanatics, non-fanatics and the unsure fanatics are all squeezed under a white tent or ivory maybe considering every possible location it has ever been to and all the rough dirty hands of the humans who have handled it before. This therefore led to it losing its purity, color and what it was when it left the industrial factory. The ‘squeeze’ situation is as a result of what the clouds have decided to let down upon us. It always starts with a drizzle and before you know it, it’s raining cats and dogs as they say.

Reggae in the sun is the name of the event, the irony is beyond I know.
